FreeG is a thrilling combination of gymnastics, parkour, obstacle training and freestyle movement. PCYC offers FreeG gymnastics programs for children interested in learning flips and vaulting skills in a safe environment, with qualified and experienced instructors.

Gym Extension is an extension of our GymStar program for participants who have completed all the levels or have shown mastery of basic gymnastics skills. This class will increase difficulty on all apparatus whilst also building strength & flexibility in a recreational environment. Participants must pass an assessment for entry into GymStar extension - please email the club to arrange.

The high flyers of gymnastics, using trampoline, double mini and tumbling, whilst developing spatial awareness and body control. The program focuses on advancing participants' trampolining skills by introducing more complex and challenging maneuvers. Participants will learn flips and combinations, building upon the skills they have already acquired.

TeamGym is a class for upper primary and high school aged participants. This class will teach the basics of jumping and landing as well as skill combinations and progressions for tumbling, lifts and balances and choreographed routines. Trampolining, gymnastics where teams of 6-12 participants will perform 3 routines to music. TeamGym has previously been a competitive class however competitive options will not be offered in 2024.

Does your child love to bounce? Tramp Fun offers an introduction to the basics of trampolining, teaching safe jumping & landing techniques, skill combinations and somersault preparation. Kids will love using our Olympic trampolines, Double Mini, Single Mini's, rod floor (tumble floor) and foam pit to learn new skills and burn some energy! Participants must bring a pair of clean socks to wear on the trampolines.
