Alternatively, you can try the BODYBALANCE class at PCYC Port Stephens - Raymond Terrace. This class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. It incorporates elements of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.
Our club also hosts an Active Aerobics class for our members over the age of 55. Here, you’ll participate in low-impact exercises to help you stay fit in a way that doesn’t put too much stress on your body.
