PCYC NORTHERN BEACHES GROUP FITNESS
At PCYC Northern Beaches, we offer regular gym and fitness classes to get kids active and engaged with their peers. These classes are designed to help growing children and teenagers develop a passion for fitness from an early age.
Children and pre-teens (between ages 5 and 12 years old) can join our Kid Fit classes. These fun-filled sessions include games and exercises that get kids moving and interacting with their peers. Our coaches will work with little ones to build up their confidence in the gym and make sure they’re having a great time.
For young ladies (ages 12 to 16), our Teen Girls Fit classes offer a supportive and inclusive environment to get an introduction to health and fitness. In these circuit-style sessions, girls will engage in lightweight and bodyweight exercises and get a solid understanding of basic gym principles.
Gym and fitness classes at PCYC Northern Beaches are an excellent way for kids to stay active and make new friends.
