We provide new, exciting sports and recreational activities, all year round. We host a broad range of activities to suit all interests and to cater to all ages and fitness levels, with a range of class types and booking options.

FreeG (Parkour) is a term used to describe a new and rapidly developing activity which encourages participants to use traditional gymnastics equipment in new ways. Our Free G classes are split by age and level; Beginner, Intermediate through Advanced.

Aerobic Gymnastics is a class run by Australian National Aerobic Team Gymnasts Grace Kleppich and Mercedes McIntyre. Our Recreational Stream runs 4-5pm on Tuesdays only. It is on a term by term commitment and can be used as a pathway into our Competitive stream. Our competitive stream runs 3 times a week, training attendance is dependent on level competing. There are routines for individuals, multiples pairs or trios and groups of four and six and AeroDance. This group is by selection only. Please contact us for further information.

TeamGym is an inclusive performance sport, catering to all ages & abilities. Teams of 6-12 athletes learn routines to music on floor, tumbling and mini tramp. This is a competition group - there is no minimum skill requirement but athletes must commit to attending team training and competitions for the full year. Does your child love exploring our gymnastics hall? KinderPlay is perfect for them! This is a non structured, non coach led session where children will be able to freely explore the gymnastics hall. This will be supervised by a coach and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. $10 casual drop in for members and $25 for non members which includes a 12 month club membership.

Looking for a different and exciting option for your child's next party? Look no further! Here at PCYC Glebe, we offer Gymnastics, Parkour, Laser tag, Gymnastics & Disco and Kindergym based parties sure to be a hit with your child and their friends! Times available Saturday - 4:00-6:00pm Sunday – 9-11am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 2-4pm or 4:30-6:30pm. Up to 15 children will be allocated 1 coach, at a cost of $375 for the 2 hour party. More than 15 and up to 30 children will require 2 coaches, at a cost of $650 and more than 30 children up to 45 will cost $850 and have 3 coaches.
